Social Justice, Down Syndrome in the Schools

A lot of kids in school have dissablities and are made fun of because of them. I dont think it is fair that they get made fun of because of something they are born with. The school that kids attend should be a safe environment and everyone should be accepted.

I think that is a very good point and poem Neysha. It is great that you are making awearness for it and I think a lot of people appreiciate it. Contiune with your poems it sounds great!

I agree with everything you said. I am doing down syndrome for my social justice project and I think it is unfair to kids who have it to go to school and get picked on and called names just because they look different than other people. they should be able to go to school and not have to worry about getting picked on, being called names or feeling insecure about themselves. I loved what u said and I hope all of your plans got theough. :)
