EP By: Angelo Kelvakis 2nd hour

This is my social justice project. It addresses the issues of Poverty and Environmental problems. The issue of leaving Earth because its ruined. The person in the song try's to find an alternative source of fuel. The classes are separated and only the ones who can pay for one can get a ticket and leave. The person in the song stays behind so that he can try and save the earth with a new type of fuel. It was poorly recorded on garage band with Charlie Lincoln and seamus hawley, some musican-friends.

Here are the lyrics:

Angelo,
The song is really cool. Who is playing the instrument(s?)?
however, the Lyrics are a bit challenging to understand. Both in picking out the words and what they're about (which could come back to the picking them out). Possibly posting them beneath the audio would help.
Still it is awesome that you're posting a song.

Here are the lyrics:

Sometimes I wonder
places pushing under
where skys aren't reder
birds don't lose their feathers
water shouldnt burn you
and grass dosnt reach you
the solid of the air
it burns you at the hair

CHORUS (repeats every break)
the ships have blocked the sky
the lines of people spy
and the types of clouds turn black
escape itsnt turning back
we must move on

walk to the papers
faces of the poorer
they dont get to leave
their eyes just scream please
my spot isnt mine
my name should stay behind
money dosnt matter
its madder than a hatter

the stares as i leave
my card inside my sleeve
matter dosnt cut trace
some other takes my place

the eyes as he thanks me
stood, stalk, by a tree
many would have slaughtered
for places for their daughters
metal seers the sky
the hotness of the dry
openess has poured
and opened up a door

souless on this rock
its time to start the clock
construct from below
Eth- will still be slow(standing for Ethanol, an alternative source of fuel)
I dig deeper
coal and oils reaper
i find it in the end
a source that never bends

the faces as we us it
fixes all contusions
going back to start
falling not apart
now that we're alone
quality is home
choking hasnt caught me
we are free

I love that you posted an original song, and I'm equally impressed by your creative approach to drawing attention the potential environmental destruction of the Earth. Much continued success with your band!
